About BP Renegades Steel Orchestra

Port of Spain steel orchestra founded in the 1940s and one of the most decorated sides at Panorama, with arrangements by Jit Samaroo and later Duvone Stewart. Samaroo's run of titles through the 1980s and 90s made the band synonymous with precision. They remain a fixture of the Carnival calendar and a training ground for players who go on to arrange elsewhere.
