1. About the Service

timeline.music is a music discovery platform operated by Dr. Tina Koziol (Ceraluna Labs), Elchkamp 7, 22846 Norderstedt, Germany. By using our website or iOS app, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

timeline.music offers Premium subscriptions (Monthly, Annual) and a Lifetime access option. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (iOS) or through our website (Stripe). Prices are displayed in your local currency at checkout. Refunds for iOS purchases are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All editorial content, timelines, artist profiles, and curated playlists on timeline.music are original works. Music playback is provided via embedded YouTube and Spotify players — we do not host or distribute copyrighted audio. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use our editorial content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

timeline.music is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of historical data or the availability of third-party music streams. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
