Ilan Chester is one of Venezuela's most respected musicians, a keyboardist and singer whose warm voice and eclectic taste have made him a national favorite for decades. After early years in progressive rock, he moved into a rich blend of pop, boleros, and Venezuelan folk, and his signature Un Querer Como el Tuyo became a beloved standard. A multiple Latin Grammy winner, he has also devoted albums to reviving the traditional aguinaldos and gaitas of the Venezuelan Christmas.
