Lea Salonga is the Filipina singer who carried her country's voice to the world stage. She won the Olivier and Tony awards originating the lead role in the musical Miss Saigon, then became the singing voice of two Disney princesses, Jasmine in Aladdin and the title role in Mulan. Her crystalline soprano on songs like A Whole New World and Reflection made her one of the most globally recognized Filipino artists ever.
