About Kimmernaq

Singer working mainly in Greenlandic, with the album Tunissut in 2006 and Uani in 2013. Her records are produced with Frederik Elsner of Nanook, which is characteristic of how small and interconnected the Nuuk scene is. She has since appeared across collaborations with Tarrak, Hinnarik and the theatre company Nunatta Isiginnaartitsisarfia. Her voice is one of the most familiar in Greenlandic-language pop.
