Willie Nelson wrote Crazy for Patsy Cline before becoming the face of outlaw country in the 1970s. His albums Red Headed Stranger and Stardust stretched country toward concept records and jazz standards. Still recording and touring past 90, he co-founded Farm Aid and remains an American folk hero.
