About maNga

maNga brought nu metal and electronic textures to Turkish rock from Ankara in the early 2000s. Bir Kadın Çizeceksin made them a national band in 2004, they won the MTV Europe Music Award for Best European Act in 2009, and We Could Be the Same took second place at Eurovision 2010, Turkey's best result apart from its 2003 win.
