About Haile Roots
Haile Roots is an Addis Ababa reggae singer who turned to reggae after a 1993 concert in the city. His debut album Chiggae, released in late 2011, blends the chikchika eskista rhythm with reggae and made him a household name, with hits including "Bado Neber" and "Chiggae".
