Franko is a rapper from Douala who worked the rap competition circuit before releasing his first single in 2010. Coller la petite, released in 2015, spread through clubs across Cameroon and francophone Africa, and that November a prefect banned it in the Mifi department as obscene. Franko answered that the song is about asking people to dance with their partner at a party.
