Djodje is a star of the modern cabo-swing generation, updating Cape Verdean dance-pop with kizomba, R&B, and Afrobeats. The son of cola-zouk singer Zeca di Nha Reinalda's scene, he broke out with catchy, contemporary singles that dominate Lusophone streaming charts. His hooks and cross-genre sound make him one of the most-played Cape Verdean artists of the 2010s and 2020s.
