About Baker Boy

Danzal Baker, Yolngu rapper from Milingimbi who became the first artist to rap in Yolngu Matha and English on a single track. Marryuna (2017) and his 2021 album Gela won three ARIAs and made Baker Boy the most internationally visible First Nations hip-hop voice of his generation. Move (2022, with G Flip) and Dream Time (2024) extended the catalogue further.
