Über Susanne Sundfør

Susanne Sundfør, from Haugesund, is one of Norway's most critically acclaimed art-pop artists. After early piano-led records she moved into widescreen electronic pop on The Brothel and The Silicone Veil, then made the synth-pop landmark Ten Love Songs (2015), regularly cited among the best Norwegian albums of the decade. She has collaborated with Röyksopp, M83, and the electronic producer Lindstrøm, and pivoted to stark acoustic folk on Music for People in Trouble. She remains a touchstone for the wider Norwegian alt-pop scene.
