Stanley Enow broke out with Hein Père in 2013 and won the MTV Africa Music Award for Best New Act the following year, the first Cameroonian to take one. He raps in pidgin and French and has built his catalogue through features with Davido, Diamond Platnumz and AKA. His work sits closer to continental Afrobeats radio than to Jovi's mboko end of the scene. He is still releasing music from Douala.
