Über Neşet Ertaş
Neşet Ertaş was a singer, songwriter, and bağlama virtuoso rooted in the abdallık musical culture of Central Anatolia. His unadorned voice and intensely personal performances made him one of Turkey's most revered folk musicians. Known as the Bozkırın Tezenesi, or Plectrum of the Steppe, he carried regional repertory into national memory.
