Über Mariama

Mariama is a singer-songwriter born in Freetown who moved with her family to Bergisch Gladbach, Germany, at the age of one. She started writing songs on acoustic guitar at 16 and sings mainly in English. After early EPs she moved to the French label Cinq 7, which issued Easy Way Out in 2011 and her debut album The Easy Way Out, recorded at RAK Studios in London, in 2012. Love, Sweat and Tears followed in 2018, and she later guested on Kondi Band's She Doesn't Love You.
