Singer and guitarist from Medellín who became one of the biggest names in Latin rock and pop. He began in the 1990s fronting the metal band Ekhymosis before launching a solo career that fused rock with Colombian rhythms. Hits like 'A Dios le Pido' and 'La Camisa Negra' topped charts worldwide in the 2000s, and he has won more Latin Grammy awards than almost any other artist. His songs often carry themes of peace and social justice.
