The Cranberries brought Limerick to the world with Dolores O'Riordan's keening, unmistakable voice. Their jangly alternative rock and her lilting vocal style made "Linger" and "Dreams" global hits, while the protest anthem "Zombie" became a generational touchstone. After O'Riordan's death in 2018 the band completed a final album from her demos, closing one of Irish rock's most distinctive chapters.
