About Prince Royce
Prince Royce is the smooth face of modern bachata, a Bronx-born son of Dominican parents who arrived in 2010 with a bilingual bachata remake of Stand By Me that became inescapable. He built on Aventura's crossover blueprint with pop polish and teen-idol charm, scoring a run of hits that kept the genre on mainstream Latin radio through the 2010s. He remains one of the biggest Dominican artists of his generation.
