Woodbrook steel orchestra founded by Len Boogsie Sharpe in 1972, and the side most associated with original composition rather than arrangements of other people's calypsos. Sharpe writes the band's Panorama tunes himself, which is unusual and has won them multiple titles. Their sound is looser and jazzier than the big Laventille bands. Sharpe is widely regarded as the finest pan player alive.
