Frágil are one of the most important bands in Peruvian rock, pioneers of a progressive rock sound infused with Andean and criollo touches. Their 1981 anthem Av. Larco became a generational hit and is often called the most important song in Peruvian rock history. Across decades of lineup changes they have remained a beloved institution and a touchstone for the country's rock scene.
