Founding member of Daara J Family who in 2015 reinvented himself as a solo a cappella artist. His debut Gospel Journey strips songs back to vocals and body percussion, sitting somewhere between gospel, soul, and griot oral tradition. He has toured the album for nearly a decade across Europe and remains one of the most distinctive vocal acts to emerge from Dakar.
