About Barış Manço

Barış Manço joined Turkish folk melodies and storytelling to psychedelic, progressive, and pop-rock arrangements. His songs became multigenerational standards, while his television work turned him into a widely recognized cultural ambassador. He remains one of the central architects of Anatolian rock.
