À propos de Vlado Kreslin

Vlado Kreslin is Slovenia's working folk-rock laureate. Born in Beltinci in the Prekmurje region in 1953, he was the frontman of Martin Krpan in the 80s and then went solo with a sound that married Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, and the Romani-influenced folk of his native eastern Slovenia. His backing bands Beltinška Banda and Mali bogovi keep the local language and rhythm alive in modern recordings. Forty years in, he is still releasing albums and still drawing crowds across every generation.
