Todd Terje, the production alias of Terje Olsen from Mysen, is the central figure of Norwegian space-disco and one of the most respected dance producers of his generation. He built a reputation through edits and remixes in the late 2000s before his 2012 single Inspector Norse became a crossover hit and a critical favourite. His 2014 album It's Album Time, featuring a Bryan Ferry collaboration on Johnny and Mary, confirmed him as the playful, melodic counterweight to the more chart-driven Norwegian electronic exports.
