The Brothers Cazimero

À propos de The Brothers Cazimero

The duo of Robert and Roland Cazimero, among the most important acts of the Hawaiian Renaissance. Emerging from the Sunday Manoa in the 1970s, they paired Robert's bass and Roland's twelve-string guitar with rich harmonies and a deep commitment to Hawaiian language and hula. Their annual concerts and dozens of albums made them cultural institutions. They helped define the sound of contemporary Hawaiian music for half a century.
