À propos de Namie Amuro

Born in Naha, Okinawa, Namie Amuro emerged from a teen idol unit in 1995 and within two years had become the most popular female solo artist in Japan, the Queen of J-pop. Can You Celebrate? (1997) became the best-selling single by a female solo artist in Japanese history. She rebooted into a darker R&B sound in the 2000s, retired in 2018 at the height of her power, and her catalogue is now largely unavailable through streaming services by her own design.
