Edda Művek
À propos de Edda Művek
Edda Művek are Miskolc's contribution to the Hungarian rock canon, formed in 1973 and rebuilt around singer Attila Pataky from 1980. Their early-80s stadium albums (Edda Művek I and II) sold hundreds of thousands of copies behind the Iron Curtain and turned anthems like "A kör" and "Álmodtam egy világot" into singalongs at every Hungarian summer festival. Pataky's raspy delivery and the band's hard-rock-meets-AOR sound carried Edda through five decades of lineup changes; they remained one of the highest-grossing live acts in Hungary into the 2010s.
