Don Ho
1930–2007
À propos de Don Ho
The most famous Hawaiian entertainer of the 20th century, whose Waikiki shows became a rite of passage for visitors to the islands. His 1966 hit 'Tiny Bubbles' turned him into a national celebrity and a fixture of American television and nightclubs for decades. With an easy charm and a lounge-pop sound, he embodied the mid-century image of Hawaii for the mainland. He performed in Waikiki almost until his death in 2007.
