Buldožer

À propos de Buldožer

Buldožer were Yugoslavia's most subversive rock band, formed in Ljubljana in 1975 around frontman Marko Brecelj. Their 1975 debut "Pljuni istini u oči" (Spit Truth in the Eye) borrowed from Zappa and Henry Cow to mock the socialist establishment from the inside, and they spent the rest of the decade as a moving target for censors. They sang in Serbo-Croatian for the federal market but stayed culturally Slovenian, a rare band that was both art-rock and dangerous.
