Bogotá duo of Andrea Echeverri and Héctor Buitrago, the most important band in Colombian rock. Emerging in the early 1990s, they blended punk energy, Latin folk, and pop with socially conscious and feminist lyrics. Albums like 'El Dorado' (1995) and songs such as 'Bolero Falaz' and 'Florecita Rockera' made them icons of rock en español across the continent. They have won multiple Latin Grammy awards and influenced a generation of Colombian artists.
