Greenlandic artists working in English for an international indie audience, usually released through European labels. Nive Nielsen took her ukulele and a deadpan delivery to Glitterhouse, Simon Lynge became the first Greenlandic artist with a wide British release, and Small Time Giants write arena-shaped songs from Nuuk. The language choice is a distribution decision as much as an artistic one.
