About Reinhard Lakomy

Called the 'Pope of Electronic Music' in the DDR, Lakomy was one of the few synthesizer musicians behind the Iron Curtain. His children's musical Der Traumzauberbaum sold over 5 million copies across 14 productions. He was offered membership in Tangerine Dream after helping bring them to perform in the GDR.
